Tercel 2 Light is an ultralight tent for two weighing in at less than two kilogrammes, ideal for mountaineering, trekking and bike touring. The tent has an inner structure comprising a system of two different coloured poles interlinked with duraluminium connectors and an inner mesh tent with a water-resistant ground sheet. To build the tent, simply spread out the poles and anchor them to the inner tent. One pole goes over the tent and splits into a V shape on each side. The second shorter pole forms the top of the tent, increasing the amount of space inside. The rods are anchored into standard metal-eyelet straps. The full-zip entrances to the inner tent have a partial vent and can be packed into the pockets. Inside the tent are two pockets for stowing away small items. A silicone-coated flysheet with backed seams must be stretched across the inner tent and secured with clasps and straps. The tent has two vent openings. If you don’t want to take dirty or wet gear into the tent with you, you’ll appreciate the two porches where you can lay your things aside. The tent uses high-quality brand-name clasps, light aluminium pegs and YKK zips. The repair kit is included in the package.
